Job Description:


As a Digital Marketer Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, attract and engage customers, and drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy Development:

  - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.


Content Creation and Management:

  - Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.

  - Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO optimized.


Social Media Management:

  - Oversee the company's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and monitoring engagement.

  - Create and manage social media ad campaigns.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  - Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility and rankings.

  - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.


Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:

  - Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

  - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.


Analytics and Reporting:

  - Track and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

  - Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.


Client Communication and Handling:

  - Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.

  - Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients.


Ad Campaign Management:

  - Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across various digital channels.

  - Monitor ad performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.


Social Media Management:

  - Oversee content creation and scheduling for social media platforms.

  - Engage with the audience and manage online communities.


Google & Meta Ads:

   - Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

   - Optimize ad spend and performance through data analysis.


Google Report Analysis:

   - Analyze Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

   - Use insights to refine and improve strategies.


Reel Creation:

   - Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels and TikTok.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media management, and content creation.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
