Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draft Designer to join our team at Zing Restaurants. As a Draft Designer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings of restaurant layouts and designs. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Our ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in drafting and design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in drafting and design
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and specifications based on architectural and engineering designs
• Assist in the review and modification of existing drawings and layouts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D renderings of restaurant layouts and designs
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drafting purposes
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all designs
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in drafting and design software
