  • You will train and manage Outlet Chefs and Kitchen team members, supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities
  • Further you would need to standardize production of dishes to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation, technique and quality standards, plan and price menus, ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • You may be required to cook certain dishes for special occasions and will oversee special catering events



Experience:

  • Previous hospitality experience working in the same role.
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • Self-motivated, positive team player
  • Able to take responsibility
  • Good knowledge of Indian kebab & Curry .
  • Ability of How to manage as per SOP food cost, and how to maintain kitchen hygiene .
