●    Analysing & addressing customer feedback

Execute loyalty campaigns for new & existing customers while managing customer data.

●    Maintain clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

●    Keep track of market trends, consumer preferences & competitive activities to uncover growth projects.

●    Contribution to the creation and execution of marketing strategies & campaigns for existing & new brands.

●    Actively involved in the development of new product launches, from concept to execution.

●    Support the creation and coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
