**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **International Recruitment:**

  - Source and attract candidates for international positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills to ensure they meet the job requirements for international placements.

  - Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.

2. **Candidate Relationship Management:**

  - Build and maintain a talent pool of international candidates.

  - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  - Assist candidates with the relocation process, including visa and immigration requirements.

3. **Client Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with international clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful placements.

  - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment projects.

4. **Market Research:**

  - Conduct market research to stay informed about global employment trends and recruitment practices.

  - Identify and implement best practices for international recruitment.

5. **Compliance and Documentation:**

  - Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in international recruitment or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
