🛠 Head of Growth and Marketing (Founding Team Member)

As the Head of Growth and Marketing at Zinance, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and establishing its brand presence. As a part of the founding team, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's growth strategy and build a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of 2 to 4 years in growth in the US startup ecosystem.
  • Has scaled growth from 1 to 10 for tech products focused on US startups and founder.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for working in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire and retain customers, with a focus on startups and entrepreneurs.
  • Lead all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and PR, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product roadmap.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
