🚀 Job Description - Growth, Marketing, and Sales

As the everything distribution person, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth, marketing, and sales. You will have the opportunity to shape the company's growth strategy, establish its brand presence, and drive revenue generation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in the US startup ecosystem(must) in a growth/ marketing/ sales role.
  • Strong Empathy and enthusiasm for entrepreneurs & startups.
  • Proven ability to scale distribution from 1 to 10.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for working in a startup environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire and retain B2B customers for product.
  • Lead all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and PR, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the target market through outreach, partnership opportunities, and attending customer calls & event.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the founders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the product to startup founders.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing initiatives with the product roadmap and ensure effective product-market fit.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, CFOs, and finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the product, marketing, and sales processes.
