We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a founders office Intern. As a founders office Intern Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founders and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced startup environment.
Qualification
- You’ll be a great fit if you're Ex founder/student founder or Venture capital or have worked/interned with B2B startup (growth/marketing/founder's office).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Provide support in managing and expanding our customer base through effective relationship-building and customer retention strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and target markets
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders
- Provide general support to the founders in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting
