Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite ERP Expert to manage, optimize, and

drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. The

ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in NetSuite functionality, workflows, and

configurations, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. NetSuite ERP Implementation Management:

- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet business needs.

- Lead or assist in the implementation and upgrades of the ERP system.

2. Business Process Optimization:

- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve system efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system

configurations.

3. System Maintenance & Support:

- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for NetSuite ERP.

- Develop dashboards and custom reports for end-users.

4. Integration:

- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

5. Training & Documentation:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and develop user manuals.

- Create and maintain system documentation for configurations and processes.

Education/Experience

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

- Strong understanding of ERP modules like Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.

- Experience in system integration, data migration, and creating custom workflows.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
