Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position at the junior level, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role focuses on expanding our business reach and building strong relationships with clients while supporting our strategic goals in the staffing industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the human resources or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure deals and partnerships beneficial to the company.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common objectives.
  • Must have a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards in maintaining client confidentiality.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine current trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet company goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients effectively.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, targets, and progress to the management team regularly.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to promote the company's services and network with peers.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
