Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Executive to join our team at Zentek Infosoft. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a SAP SuccessFactors Executive, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, support, and roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities
• Experience in leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide suitable solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules within client organizations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice on the best practices and solutions
• Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements to meet client needs
• Ensure successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Provide on-going support and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors and provide recommendations to improve system efficiency
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system interfaces and data integration
• Maintain documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support activities
