- ALM Pre/ requisites Validation.
- Configure SSO with Customer IDP and Onboard Users in the IAS.
- User readiness and manage roles and authorization for the users in the CALM.
- Setup Landscape management.
- Integration and Exception / Setup alerts for the priority task list (slg1, batch jobs, gateway).
- Business process monitoring.
- Go Live Support.
- Integrate CALM with effective automation / ticketing tools ( Servicenow) to send the alerts.
- Production system readiness for CALM.
- Manually monitor alerts and validate in CALM.
- Hypercare support.
- Knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve alert discrepancies in CALM.
