Role : Asst Manager - Accounts

Job Location : Electronic city Phase II Bengaluru  

Purpose of this Position: 

To manager entire Factory accounts activities

Key responsibilities:

• Statutory audit of Private Limited companies, Manufacturing and service sector & Banking sector.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act,2013.
• Analysis of Debtors and Creditors-Ageing, Recovery Period, Balance Confirmation Procedures.
• Assisting in Physical verification of Fixed Assets and Inventories of Companies..
• Bank reconciliation
• Day to day accounts activities
• Filing GST Annual Return 9 and 9C.
• Preparation and Filing & Payment of Monthly GSTR-1 & GSTR –3B
• Reconciliation of GSTR – 2B with Books and Coordination with Supplier who are not uploaded invoices.
• Advance tax calculation and payment.
• Handling customs work – Customs duty payment
• Handling DGFT work - Advance authorization, EODC, Norms fixation.
• Monthly & Yearly filing Professional Tax.
• Filing Quarterly e TDS & TCS return and generating TDS & TCS form 16,16A.
• Filing and generating Form 26QB for Property purchase.

Desired Skills: Complete Factory Accounts
