Role : Executive Assistant - Commercial

Job Location : Electronic city Phase II Bengaluru  

Purpose of this Position: 

To Assist in daily operation closely work with CEO

Key responsibilities:

• Performing detailed evaluation of various (onground) operations
• Work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams to support initiatives of implementing best practices in operations.
•  Identifying areas of improvements in operations and initiating new SOPs.
• Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner
• Created several documents and processes
• Manages the status reports of different projects/Departments within assigned business lines, Analyze and present the reports and presentations to manager or with internal teams.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Analyze present data to enable decision making by the CEO.
• Establish rapport with key people in the organization and consultants
• Liaising with various departments for reports and data collection, Handling confidential information; organizing and maintaining files in a central repository.
