Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our client.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI DIPLOMA
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with equipment installations and repairs
• Proficiency in technical documentation
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Perform equipment installations and repairs
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on client assets
