JOB Title : Executive - Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.

Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Support in negotiating and closing sales deals.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for sales.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Prior sales internship in Real Estate or work experience is a plus.

Candidate needs to associate maximum brokers with the company for max business.

Candidate needs to explore the nearby market and areas for better penetration of our project.

Candidate needs to arrange sales meetings with me on a regular basis.

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM

Experience: 2- 10 years

Salary Range: 3Lpa-12Lpa(Executive to GM Level)

Age Limit : Not more than 35 Year
