Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  2. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  5. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or higher-level support as needed.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate candidates can apply also undergraduate with 6 months experience can apply.
  2. Prior customer service experience in a similar role preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  5. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  9. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  10. Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
