Job Overview

ZenithCad is seeking a skilled Workday Finance Tester with expertise in Kainos to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role is central to ensuring the quality and seamless operation of Workday Financials solutions through rigorous testing practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with Workday Financials (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in software testing processes and methodologies (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Kainos (Mandatory skill)
• Strong skills in test planning, including defining test objectives and designing test cases
• Expertise in test execution, ensuring functionalities perform as intended
• Proven ability in defect management, including identifying, reporting, and tracking defects to resolution
• Solid understanding of regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including working effectively in an agile development environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with business requirements and specifications
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the software solutions
• Identify, document, and manage bugs and issues encountered during testing and track them through to resolution
• Perform regression testing to verify updates, changes, and bug fixes
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to resolve issues and improve software quality
• Participate in agile sprint ceremonies including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Provide feedback on software usability and functionality for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Financials and software testing methodologies
