Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Workday Finance Tester to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in testing and validating finance functionalities within the Workday environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Workday (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience in testing (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of Kainos (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of finance principles and processes
• Experience with Workday Financial Management tools
• Strong background in using Workday Finance features
• Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of Workday Finance functionalities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to validate requirements and test scenarios
• Report and document any issues or discrepancies found during testing
• Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability post-implementation
• Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and updates
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
