Job Overview

ZenithCad is seeking a seasoned Taleo Senior Functional Consultant for a Contract-To-Hire position. The role requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The consultant will work at our offices located in Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, or Chennai. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to implement and optimize Taleo solutions, ensuring successful recruitment processes for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Taleo (Mandatory skill), with in-depth knowledge of the platform’s functionality and best practices
• Expertise as a Senior Functional Consultant (Mandatory skill) delivering high-quality Taleo implementation projects
• Hands-on experience in Fusion Recruitment (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize recruitment workflows
• Skilled in onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization
• Proficient in offboarding procedures, managing smooth transitions for departing employees to mitigate risks
• Strong background in implementation processes, providing tailored solutions to meet business objectives
• Familiarity with Taleo HCM, integrating human capital management to improve organizational performance
• Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management (AIM), safeguarding the company's assets through robust systems and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Taleo solutions accordingly
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Taleo modules, ensuring alignment with client’s business processes
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients, enabling them to effectively use Taleo functionalities
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure sustained performance
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
• Work closely with HR teams to enhance recruitment strategies and streamline operations
• Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines
• Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
