Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Taleo Specialist to join our team on a Contract-To-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience and will be based either in Hyderabad or Bangalore Urban. This role involves advanced Taleo Configuration and Recruitment Process management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in Taleo Configuration, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience (Mandatory skill)
• Deep understanding of the Recruitment Process, including best practices and compliance (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Asset Integrity Management (AIM) for maintaining the reliability and safety of recruitment systems (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with implementing Taleo solutions and aligning them with business objectives
• Solid grasp of HCM principles and how they integrate with Taleo modules
• Expertise in Taleo Recruitment functionalities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview management
• Experience in Taleo Onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making in HR operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of Taleo solutions to fit the specific needs of the organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HR policies
• Oversee Asset Integrity Management to maintain the reliability and performance of Taleo systems
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new Taleo features and updates
• Provide support and training to HR staff on the use of Taleo modules for recruitment and onboarding
• Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires by utilizing Taleo's onboard functionalities effectively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Taleo and recruitment systems
