Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level functional consulting services. This position is available in multiple locations, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Noida.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience
• Should have lead a role of ORC / learn lead and should have direct interaction with client.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Fusion Recruitment, On boarding and Offboarding implementation experience, rest of experience can be on Taleo Recruit
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant in ORC and learn.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering ORC/Taleo HCM and solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules
• Fusion Recruitment (Minimum 4 implementations)
• Fusion learn (Minimum 2 implementations)
• Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding
• Good to have the knowledge on below modules
• Fusion Talent
• Should have good communication and presentation skills

·     Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
