Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Specialist for a Contract-To-Hire position based in Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant fields and bring in-depth knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Order Management, and ERP systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Oracle fusion (Mandatory skill), Oracle Order Management (Mandatory skill), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (Mandatory skill) for a minimum of 7 years.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies and their integration with business systems, particularly Oracle SCM.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to align IT services to business needs and objectives.
• Experience as a senior cloud consultant, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of cloud solutions and strategies.
• Extensive knowledge in Oracle SCM, with the ability to implement and manage SCM processes within the cloud environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to identifying and addressing system improvements and optimizations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications related to ERP and Oracle Order Management.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Order Management solutions to optimize business operations.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to enhance system usage and adoption.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion technologies and advancements to ensure the company leverages best-in-class tools and practices.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation, illustrating project progress, challenges, and solutions.
