Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Order Management specialist with a strong background in sales ordering, Order Management, and Oracle ERP Implementations to join our team. The position is on a Contract-To-Hire or Contract basis and is located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, or Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (OFA), Oracle SCM, and Oracle Implementations.
• Expertise in sales ordering processes (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Order Management systems (Mandatory skill).
• Significant experience with Oracle ERP Implementations (Mandatory skill).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Order Management systems and modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet business needs efficiently.
• Provide expertise in sales ordering processes and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle ERP modules.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system integrity and functionality.
• Create detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Act as a point of contact for any technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Order Management and provide resolution promptly.
