Job Overview

ZenithCad is seeking a capable and experienced OARM professional for a mid-level position. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and solutions related to OARM. The job location is flexible, with opportunities available in Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Candidates with a maximum of 6 years of work experience in this area are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an OARM Consultant with a track record of successful projects.
• Hands-on experience with OARM solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in OARM Support (Mandatory skill).
• Technical expertise with OARM solution enhancements (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with IT Services and IT Consulting industry standards and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OARM support and issue resolution to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OARM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to enhance system integration and performance.
• Analyze client needs and translate requirements into functional system specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
