Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Module Lead to join our team in Hyderabad on a contract-to-hire basis. This mid-level position requires a strong background in ETL, Data Modeling, and Performance Tuning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the IT Services industry, preferably with a focus on banking domain projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling for efficient and effective data structuring (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in Performance Tuning to enhance system efficiency and data processing speed (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with DATABASE LOADING techniques and practices.
• Advanced knowledge of PL-SQL for database querying and optimization.
• In-depth understanding of banking domain requirements and project implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage module development projects from inception to completion.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
• Create and maintain comprehensive data models for various frameworks.
