Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Advisor to join our mid-level team. The position is full-time and is available in our Hyderabad and Bangalore locations. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of relevant work experience in HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in compliance, risk assessment, and regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of performance management principles and practices.
• Experience with risk management strategies and implementations.
• Familiarity with legal requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven ability to analyze and assess risks and create effective mitigation plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

Possesses strong expertise in labor laws and regulations, staying current with legal requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting internal audits, and preparing reports. Maintains precise documentation and manages compliance risks. Capable of interpreting company processes, tools, and procedures, and redefining them to ensure smooth data flow and effectively meet compliance requirements.
