Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in the Learning Module with Core HR to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a mid-level position with an employment type of Contract-To-Hire. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with a strong background in HCM application and Module HR (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in customer service, ensuring client requirements are met through effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conceptualize and design HCM solutions fitting the client’s business needs
• Experience in conducting thorough testing of HCM modules to ensure seamless workflow and integration
• Competence in organizing and leading workshops, training sessions, and seminars for end-users and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and their implementation in HCM cloud systems
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and implement HCM cloud solutions, with a focus on the Learning Module and Core HR
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, providing optimal solutions within the HCM application
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos to educate end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities
• Design and execute test plans to ensure the proper functioning of HCM modules
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues encountered within the HCM cloud system
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance in all deliverables
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in HCM technologies
• Generate detailed documentation, including business requirements, configurations, and user guides
