Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned EPM Lead for a senior position at ZenithCad. This is a full-time role located in various cities including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, and Pune. The ideal candidate should bring a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in EPM integrations (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Solutions (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in REST API and Python (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Financial Data Quality Management
• Proficiency in Enterprise Edition tools and features
• Solid understanding of SQL for database management and reporting
• Skilled in Data Management and data governance practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in Oracle Integration Solutions, e.g. ODI, and 3+ years in Cloud native solutions e.g. OIC.
• Domain expertise in EPM integration and data conversion from all sorts of data sources like Fusion, On_premise sources like ERP, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
• Must be capable of designing integrated solutions and architectures in heterogeneous environments involving Oracle SaaS, PaaS and 3rd party products, with specific knowledge of common SaaS integration designs.
• Working knowledge on Core EPM skills like EPBCS, FCCS and ARCS.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of EPM solutions
• Oversee integration projects utilizing Oracle Integration Solutions, REST API, and Python
• Ensure high-quality financial data management practices across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EPM initiatives with business strategies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Monitor project progress and address any arising issues promptly
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve EPM solutions
