Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled DRM Lead Developer to join our team at a senior level, specializing in Hyperion DRM and EPM applications. This is a contract-to-hire position located in Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Chennai, Pune, or Noida. Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a minimum of 7 years in the industry.
• Expertise in Data Relationship Management (DRM) (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Hyperion DRM (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of Hyperion EPM applications (Mandatory skill).
• Significant experience in end-to-end implementation of IT projects.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial data management.
• Ability to manage and develop hierarchy structures within DRM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of DRM and Hyperion EPM applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Manage and develop complex hierarchy structures within DRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
