Job Overview

We are seeking a DRM Lead Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, working on a contract-to-hire basis. This senior position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DRM, Hyperion EPM applications, and accounting, and will lead the design, implementation, and management of data systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience as a lead developer in the IT industry, with a focus on DRM.
• Proven track record in implementing DRM solutions and managing data systems effectively.
• Expertise in Hyperion EPM applications (Mandatory skill).
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to integrate it with IT solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and designing comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Experience in developing and exporting books, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and manipulate large sets of data efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to lead teams and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of DRM solutions for various clients.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and design effective data management solutions.
• Manage data export books, ensuring high standards of accuracy and data integrity.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT and data management.
• Analyze and solve complex data-related challenges, implementing efficient solutions.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• DRM Experience 7+ Years
• Experience in Implementation of Hyperion DRM with strong Application Development process.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Sound knowledge on Hyperion DRM
• Full end-to-end implementation experience is required
• Strong Master Data Management experience on Chart of Accounts, product, vendor, account, employee, etc
• Creation and maintenance of Application Version, Hierarchy, Nodes and corresponding properties.
• Should have proficiency on Properties, categories, node types and associated them in hierarchies built in DRM.
• Creation of validations/Node Type and assigning to the respective hierarchies.
• Updating the property values – Action Scripts and/or Blending.
• Identify and integrate with multiple data sources for hierarchy management in DRM.
• Integrate with downstream applications and share hierarchies for all the custom interfaces.
• Integrate with Hyperion EPM applications (Planning/HFM/Essbase/HPCM) for dimension/hierarchy load.
• Create/Manage multiple versions of DRM data set. Should be able to Create/Copy/Delete/Unload/Backup/Restore versions. Knowledge of working different version status.
• Automating the import and export process using DRM batch client.
• Comparing hierarchies across versions. Must be able to sync up hierarchies using the blending feature of DRM.
• Manage code migration and release migration activities while deploying code to production.
• Need to have knowledge on Batch Scripts for Automation process.
• Need to have knowledge on Java Scripts for Transformation of Metadata at DRM for destination system .
• Need to have experience on Rules files for uploading data from DRM to Essbase cube.
• Creating Export Books for Multiple data migration.
• Good communication Skills
