Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Relationship Management professional to join our team at ZenithCad. This is a Contract-To-Hire position based in Hyderabad or Bangalore Urban, working in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience, predominantly in data relationship management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Data Relationship Management (Mandatory skill), demonstrating high proficiency and thorough understanding.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Performance Management (Mandatory skill) to ensure comprehensive oversight and effective management of enterprise performance metrics.
• Expertise in Hyperion DRM (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to leverage this tool effectively for data management and integration purposes.
• Strong capabilities in implementing and managing DRM applications, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, critical for managing financial data effectively.
• Experience with Hyperion EPM applications, providing robust solutions for enterprise performance management.
• Proficiency in DRM batch processing, enabling efficient and automated data management tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data relationships and provide actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data relationship management initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Implement and optimize DRM applications, aligning with organizational goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into Hyperion DRM.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in data management practices.
• Design and execute batch processes for effective data management and reporting.
• Provide training and support to team members on DRM tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all data management activities.
