Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in university program counseling or academic advising.

Knowledge of various university programs, admission processes, and academic requirements.

Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
