Responsibilities

● Support wind turbine blade inspection services to meet KPI targets for analysis and QC operations.

● Use technical information, such as design information, operating experience, and fundamental

engineering principles to analyze blade anomalies across each blade model to customer specifications.

● Data check and flagging of imagery data of wind turbine inspection

● Identifying anomalies in the acquired data and recording them using inhouse tools

● Annotating aerial data and support software team to build the AI model.

● Fulfilling tasks planned and set by senior analysts and supervisors

● Daily report updates over project management platforms

● Support the seniors in Continuous Improvements, RCA Activities & Work Instruction creation

● Exposure to learning:

○ Data analysts will be trained over technical aspects of wind turbine operation and its failure

modes from industry experts

○ Hands on analysis over imagery data provides practical exposure to inefficiencies in wind

turbine operations

● All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

● Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Composite Engineering is preferred

● A high degree of attention to detail

● Relevant blade composite related experience is a plus with knowledge in at least one of the

following areas of wind turbine blade design, manufacturing, and repairs is preferred , and the

ability to categorize damage, evaluate the criticality of each failure mode, and assess its risk of

catastrophic failure

● Ability to work independently and in a team

● Solid computer skills (Google suite, Slack, Zoom)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Able to travel for short-term engagements, training, etc.
