Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven track record in project planning, budget management, and resource allocation
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Experience in risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and quality control
• Proficient in time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and stakeholder engagement
• Certifications in project management (PMP) or relevant field are a plus
