ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances and transactions. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies as needed.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Generate financial statements and analyse variances to budget or forecast.

Tax Compliance:

 Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements, including VAT, GST, or other relevant taxes. Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensures compliance.

Expense Management:

Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely reimbursement.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Auditing Support:

 Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to ensure a smooth audit process.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the finance function.

Team Management:

Closely work with the F & A Team, manage allocate tasks and reviewing their performance on daily basis.
