Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, maintaining an accurate stock count, and preventing losses.
  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring customer needs are met and fostering a positive shopping experience.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting to anticipate market trends and align stock levels accordingly.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve targets.
  • Experience in budget management to maximize profitability while minimizing unnecessary expenses.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively train staff and assist customers with informed purchases.
