- Hands-on experience in inventory management, maintaining an accurate stock count, and preventing losses.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring customer needs are met and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting to anticipate market trends and align stock levels accordingly.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve targets.
- Experience in budget management to maximize profitability while minimizing unnecessary expenses.
- In-depth product knowledge to effectively train staff and assist customers with informed purchases.
