Job Title: Regional Manager – OTC Pharma
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and growth strategy in the assigned region for OTC pharmaceutical products. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives to meet regional business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Leadership: Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for OTC products.
· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance expectations and maintain high levels of engagement.
· Market Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and strategies for increasing market share.
· Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
· Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
· Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional promotional campaigns, product launches, and training programs.
· Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Provide regular reports and updates on regional performance.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Proven experience in a sales or management role within the OTC pharma sector.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed decisions.
· In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially OTC products.
· Willingness to travel within the region.
