Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Skills & Responsibilities
- The primary job of a customer support executive is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support represent interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
- Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Able to speak Hindi
