1. Training new customer service team members
2. Using customer relationship management software (CRM) to document
customer interactions
3. Monitoring average call length and overall team volume
4. Listening to individual calls to ensure quality
5. Leading performance reviews for team members
6. Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
7. Creating reports for the director of customer services.
8. Suggesting new procedures to improve customer service
9. Resolving escalated customer issues
10. Motivating customer service team to meet goals
11. SQL,Jasper Knowledge in any tool like tibco,ireports,basic erp knowledge.
