Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone or mail.
• Recording and updating customer information in databases.
• Need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Develop good relationship with customers.

Skills:

• Working with knowledge of SQL
• Jasper( Added Advantage)
• Candidate with Knowledge of ERP Basic

Experience: 2 to 5yrs

Salary: 20,000 per month

Location: Coimbatore
