We are looking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and documenting all interactions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up.

·       Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

·       Maintain the customer database with up-to-date information.

·       Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

·       Utilize the skills to convince and convert leads into customers.

Requirements:

·       Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.

·       Good convincing skills with the ability to handle effectively.
