JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products.
• Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products.
• Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Candidate Requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Male candidates alone apply.
• Must be able to speak in Hindi and English fluently.
• Should have good knowledge in computers and Electronics.
• Experienced candidate in Technical support can apply.
• Freshers with good knowledge in computers and electronics can apply.
• Should be willing to work 6 days a week.
• Candidate should be from voice process only.
• Additional Languages will be added advantage.
• Should have good knowledge in Systems, troubleshooting latest Gadgets etc
