Role - Senior customer support executive
Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore
Mandatory Languages - English, Malayalam, Hindi
Work experience - Minimum 2-3 years
Salary range - 35-40k
Industry background - CS from Fintech/ credit companies would be preferred
Essential skillsets - Escalation handling, Credit recollection from problematic clients, strong stakeholder management, Strong analytical skills, Leadership and ownership
Key Responsibilities:
Escalation handling:
1- Resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
2- Outbound calls on collections, surveys and other required aspects and effectively tracking their closures.
2- Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, and policies.
3- Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Business Knowledge:
1- Develop a deep understanding of our services and services to effectively assist customers.
2- Adapt quickly the changes in services, process
Reporting:
1- Create insightful reports and maintain cadence and sanity of daily reports
