Order Processing:

● Receive, process, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

● Ensure timely order fulfillment, coordinating with production and logistics teams.

 

Customer Communication:

● Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and order status.

● Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed for resolution.

 

Sales Support:

● Assist the sales team with lead management, proposal creation, and contract preparation.

● Maintain a repository of sales documents, contracts, and customer records.

 

Inventory Management:

● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock.

● Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock records.

 

Sales Reporting:

● Generate sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales team and management.

● Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

 

Collaboration with Other Departments:

● Work closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing.


● Collaborate with marketing to share customer feedback and insights for product improvement.

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a Plus. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM software.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused with a dedication to providing excellent service.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
