- Sourcing and recruiting trainers with experience in various domains.
- Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications and experience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry experts and trainers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify training needs and match them with suitable trainers.
- Ensuring that all trainers meet our quality standards and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Negotiating contracts and fees with trainers.
