Responsibilities:


Identifying and recruiting the best trainers in the industry to deliver our training programs.

Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring trainers in various domains such as SAP, Workday, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Oracle, Data Science, Agile & Scrum.


Key Responsibilities,

- Sourcing and recruiting trainers with experience in various domains.

- Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications and experience.

- Building and maintaining relationships with industry experts and trainers.

- Collaborating with internal teams to identify training needs and match them with suitable trainers.

- Ensuring that all trainers meet our quality standards and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

- Negotiating contracts and fees with trainers.
