Yuvii Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Bench Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and English language skills to ensure successful communication with our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting bench recruitment for IT professionals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conducting interviews, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in bench recruitment is preferred, but freshers can apply.
