Once candidates areidentified, background verification ensures the accuracy of their provided information, confirmingqualifications, employment history, and any other relevant details.• Email Writing: Email communication during onboarding is crucial for a smooth transition.• Job Description: A well-crafted job description is essential for attracting suitable candidates.• Record Management: Effective record management involves organizing and storing various documentsrelated to employees, such as resumes, contracts, performance reviews, and training records.• Personal Data for Candidate and Employee Records: Handling personal data responsibly is crucial.Collecting, storing, and managing personal information, such as contact details, identification documents,and emergency contacts, requires compliance with privacy regulations to protect the confidentiality and security of the individuals involved.• Excel for Resume Update: Using Excel for resume updates involves maintaining a database of employee information, including skills, qualifications, and professional development:• I am responsible for overseeing and managing the Government e-Marketplace platform. My dutiesinclude monitoring vendor registration and product listing, coordinating with buyers and sellers, andensuring compliance with procurement policies. I also analyze data to identify trends and areas forimprovement, and provide training and support to platform users
