Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
• Coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records
• Handle Customer queries timely
• Handling and Providing Counselling and advise the client according to education, experience
• Convert Visa leads into Sales
• Maximizing Conversion ratio
• Preparing forms and data wherever required
• Visiting Embassies and VFS for getting the Visa done, if required
• Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
• Update Country List time to time basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good command on oral and written communication
• Candidate should have global Visa Knowledge and frequently update on Visa Processes of different countries
• Candidate should have online / offline knowledge of visa application
• Candidate should be confident & Decision making personality
• Target oriented & self-motivated
• Should have experience of Study Visa/PR Visa/ Tourist visa
