Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Travel Consultant to join our team at Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. As a fresher, you will be responsible for assisting our Operation Team in planning and booking the clients requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the travel industry and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Requirements 

Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of international tour packages, travel destinations, and attractions

Ability to plan and organize travel itineraries according to customers' preferences and budgets

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist operation team in planning and booking for their client, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities

Handle booking inquiries, resolve booking issues, and make necessary adjustments to travel itineraries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members, travel suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers

Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Provide post-travel support, including assisting with feedback, complaints, and any necessary follow-up actions
